Booking information

All appointments that are cancelled / rearranged will be charged as follows:  Less than 48 hours notice - 50%, Less than 24 hours notice - 100%. Please note that you will be charged for all services booked should you fail to let me know in advance of a change to your booking. I always send text reminders for all appointments booked, I also run a cancellations list during busy periods and post cancellation appointments available on Facebook. Please note that if I fill your appointment following a cancellation you will not be charged. Following cancellations you will be unable to book future appointments until any outstanding charges have been paid.

I accept payment by cash, card and bank transfer, when booking long appointments you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. All new client are required to prepay for their appointment to secure booking. 

I offer gift vouchers that can be made out for any amount and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

We are located within Vogue hair and beauty in Morecambe, the beauty area is located downstairs in the salon, accessed through the hair salon, please note that I am only able to offer nail treatments upstairs to clients with mobility issues,  under 16's must have a parent/ guardian present throughout their treatment. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time as late arrival could result in your treatment time being reduced. Due to the limited space available in our beauty area, we are unable to accommodate anyone other than the client booked in for treatment - except for under 16's accompanied by an adult or clients with a carer present.
